QES (Qualified Electronic Signature) is the highest security level for an electronic signature, corresponding to that of a handwritten signature. The Smart-ID with this security level can be obtained in person at your bank branch or upgrade your SmartID to QES: instruction, video.
Choosing any authorization tool listed below you agree that your personal data (name, surname, identity code, country) shall be sent to SC "Citadele bank".

If you cannot authorise via “Citadele” internet bank, e-Signature or Smart-ID QES, please fill in the application in person in any of our branch offices.
